Most items sold on Zorexium are eligible for return within 30 days. The following categories are covered under standard return conditions:

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met at the time the return is initiated and when the item is received back by the seller:

Return must be initiated within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date

Original Condition

Item must be in the same condition as received—no additional damage, modification, or misuse by the buyer

Complete Contents

All included components, accessories, cables, manuals, and packaging must be returned. Missing items may result in a partial refund.

Original Packaging

Where possible, return the item in its original packaging. If original packaging is damaged, use suitable protective packaging to prevent transit damage

Return Authorization

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from the seller or Zorexium support before shipping the item back

Step-by-Step Return Process

Contact the Seller

Message the seller through the platform to explain the issue. Sellers have 48 hours to respond and propose a resolution. Many returns are resolved at this step without needing Zorexium involvement.

Initiate a Return via Marketplace Settings

If the seller doesn't resolve the issue, go to Marketplace Settings → Return Status and click “Start a Return.” Select your order and choose a return reason.

Receive Your RMA Number

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued within 24 hours. Write this clearly on the outside of the return package.

Ship the Item Back

Package the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping method. Keep a copy of the tracking number. For defective or not-as-described items, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Item Inspection

Upon receipt, the seller (or Zorexium in disputed cases) inspects the item to confirm it matches the return condition requirements. This typically takes 1–2 business days.

Refund Processed

Once inspection is complete and approved, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Details

When a return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. The following table summarizes what is and isn't included in the refund:

Processing Times: Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically instant. Store credit is available immediately. We cannot speed up bank processing times once a refund is issued.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the listing description, you are entitled to additional protections under our Marketplace Guarantee.

Damaged in Transit

Photograph the damage (item and packaging) immediately upon receipt. Contact support within 3 business days. We will provide a prepaid return label and either a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Item is Defective

Document the defect with photos and a written description. You may choose between a full refund, a replacement (if the seller has stock), or a partial refund (if you wish to keep the item). Prepaid return label included.

Not as Described

If the item received is materially different from the listing (wrong model, missing features, different condition grade), you are entitled to a full refund including original shipping. The seller is liable for return shipping costs.

Individual Seller vs. Business Seller Policies

Return policies may vary slightly depending on whether you purchased from an individual seller or a registered business seller. Both are subject to our minimum return standards, but business sellers may offer more flexible policies.

Individual Sellers

• Minimum 30-day return window (mandatory)

• Returns accepted for defective/not-as-described items

• Change-of-mind returns at seller's discretion

• Zorexium mediates all disputes

Business Sellers

• 30-day minimum, many offer 45–90 days

• May accept change-of-mind returns

• May offer direct replacement or store credit

• Often have dedicated return portals

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for standard returns. Note that defective items in these categories may still qualify under our Marketplace Guarantee.

Opened Software & Digital Products

Software licenses and digital activation codes once revealed or used

Consumable Items

Thermal paste, thermal pads, and similar single-use consumables once opened

Modified or Overclocked Hardware

Items showing signs of physical modification or extreme overclocking beyond safe specifications

Clearly Marked Final Sale Items

Clearance, auction, or items listed as “Final Sale” in the listing description

Items Purchased Over 30 Days Ago

Returns initiated after the 30-day window unless the item is under an active warranty claim

Damaged by Buyer

Items that were working as described upon receipt but were subsequently damaged by the buyer

Special Orders & Custom Builds

Custom-configured systems, special order enterprise hardware, and bespoke builds are subject to separate return terms that are clearly communicated at the time of purchase confirmation. These terms will be disclosed in your order confirmation email and the product listing.

Generally, custom builds are non-returnable except in cases of:

  • Dead-on-arrival (DOA) systems failing to boot within the first 7 days
  • Specifications materially different from what was ordered
  • Damage sustained during transit

Dispute Escalation

If you and the seller cannot reach a resolution, or if the seller does not respond within 48 hours of your initial contact, you can escalate your case to Zorexium for formal mediation.

Before Escalating

Please attempt to resolve the issue directly with the seller first. Most disputes are resolved at this stage and faster than waiting for formal review. Escalation is a last resort.

To escalate: Go to Marketplace Settings → Claim History and click “Escalate to Zorexium.” Our Trust & Safety team will review and respond within 48 hours.
